Addition of "Goodbyes" Forum Empty Addition of "Goodbyes" Forum

Some of you may have noticed some threads disappear from "On Topic" and "Off Topic". Well, since hiatus threads seem to be common there, I made it a forum of it's own. You can find it as a subforum in the "Introductions" forum.

Also, a lot of topics were moved around to their proper places.
